Directions for use of the article Chelidonium D1: Chelidonium D1 is a registered homeopathic medicinal product in liquid dilution. It contains the active substance Chelidonium Dil. D1 and is used in anthroposophical therapy. As no therapeutic indication is given, medical advice should be sought if the symptoms do not improve during use. The use of Chelidonium D1 is contraindicated in liver disease, the use of medicines that are harmful to the liver and during pregnancy and breast-feeding. If there are signs of liver damage, the use should be stopped immediately and a doctor should be consulted. There are no known interactions with other medicinal products. Chelidonium D1 contains 69% alcohol by volume. The bottle should be shaken before use to ensure even distribution. If symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted and if used for more than 4 weeks, liver function values should be checked. Side effects may include liver damage and should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist. The medicine should not be used after the expiry date and should be kept out of the reach of children.
