Directions for use of the article Stannum Metallicum Praeparatum D12 Stannum Metallicum Praeparatum D12 is an anthroposophical medicinal product used in inflammatory and degenerative diseases. It is used to stimulate rhythmic balancing processes to prevent chronic secretions, e.g. in cases of effusion in body cavities and joints. It is also suitable for the treatment of liver diseases with a hardening tendency, depressive moods with mental rigidity, neuralgia and migraine. The medicine should not be used without medical advice and does not replace other medicines prescribed by a doctor. There are no known side effects. If symptoms persist for a long time or are unclear, a doctor must be consulted. Children in their first year of life should only be given Stannum Metallicum Praeparatum triturations as prescribed by a doctor. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before using the medicinal product. There are no known interactions with other medicinal products. Persons with an intolerance to certain sugars should only take the medicinal product after consulting a doctor. The exact dosage of the medicinal product should always be taken according to a doctor's instructions. The trituration can be melted in the mouth or taken with liquid. The triturations should not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. If a dose is forgotten, do not take a double dose. The medicine should not be used after the expiry date. It contains lactose, so people with an intolerance to certain sugars should discuss this with their doctor before taking it. The pack size is 20 g of trituration.
