BD Safe clip
The BD Safe-Clip is a practical tool for the safe disposal of used insulin needles.With this device you can safely dispose of up to 1,500 needles from insulin syringes or pen needles.The needles are snapped off by simply squeezing the device and stored inside the clip.The housing can then be completely disposed of with household waste.
Product features
The BD Safe-Clip is characterized by its precise technology and discreet design, which makes it easier to use on the go.It is suitable for needles with a diameter between 0.40 mm (28G) and 0.25 mm (31G) and a length between 5 and 12.7 mm.No prescription is required for this product.
The BD Safe-Clip is intended for use by the patient and should not be used in the healthcare sector by specialist personnel as it does not comply with TRBA (Technical Rule for Biological Agents) 250.
