Directions for use of the product Plantur 39 Hair Active Capsules: The Hair Active Capsules are dietary supplements that support the hair from the inside from the age of 40. They contain vitamins, trace elements (such as selenium) and grape seed extract, as well as zinc and biotin. These capsules support the effect of the Plantur 39 products containing caffeine from the inside and compensate for deficiencies. The recommended intake is two capsules daily, in the morning and in the evening with a meal. The capsules are important for a strong hair structure and improved resistance of the hair roots. Ingredients include soya oil, gelatine, vitamin C, tomato extract, dried grape seed extract, vitamin E, nicotinamide, soya lecithin, zinc sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, maize germ oil, vitamin B6, colourings E141 and E171, carotene, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, folic acid, biotin, sodium selenate and vitamin B12. No more than the recommended daily intake should be taken. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
