NICApur Beautiful Skin Capsules are a dietary supplement to support an even complexion. Skin problems can have various causes, such as individual predisposition, reactions to cosmetics or food and hormonal causes. The capsules contain vitamin B6 to regulate hormonal activity, zinc for cell division, beta-carotene for cell specialisation and chamomile flower extract to soothe the skin. Vitamin C contributes to collagen formation and protects cells from oxidative stress. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. The capsules should be stored in a cool place away from light and out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount stated. My skin has become significantly worse due to hormonal changes. Moderately severe acne. Since I've been taking these tablets, at least I no longer have any large inflamed lumps or underlays.
