OPTIFAST Soup Potato Leek Powder is a meal replacement for weight control diets or part of a daily ration for weight control diets. It can be consumed cold or hot by adding the contents of one sachet to 200 ml of cold or warm water and dissolving the powder well. It is recommended to replace one or two main meals daily with OPTIFAST Soup Potato Leek Powder to help maintain weight after weight loss or to lose weight. It is important to maintain a balanced and varied diet as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. The product must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice when all daily meals are replaced by OPTIFAST . Suitable for adults, but not for pregnant women, nursing mothers and adolescents without consulting the attending physician. The product should be stored in a cool and dry place. After preparation, it should be consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heated food residues should be discarded.
