A selection of proven homeopathic medicines for the treatment of acute complaints are Aconitum D6, Allium cepa D6, Apis mellifica D6, Arnica D6, Arsenicum album D6, Belladonna D6, Bryonia D6, Cantharis D6, Chamomilla D6, Cocculus D6, Coffea D6, Dulcamara D6, Ferrum phosphoricum D12, Gelsemium D6, Ipecacuanha D6, Ledum D6, Nux vomica D6, Okoubaka D3, Phytolacca D6, Pulsatilla D12, Rhus toxicodendron D12 and Thuja D6.
