Directions for use for Ichthoderm cream: - Important information: Ichthoderm 2% cream contains the active ingredient sodium bituminosulphonate (ichthyol sodium), light. It is used for the relief of seborrhoeic eczema of the scalp. Contains propylene glycol and butylated hydroxytoluene. Read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist for risks and side effects. - Indications for use: Ichthoderm cream is used for the treatment of increased sebum production of the scalp, skin inflammation with redness and greasy dandruff, dandruff, psoriasis of the scalp, itching of the scalp, and hair follicle inflammation of the scalp. - Dosage and application: Adults should apply and massage a sufficient amount onto the scalp several times a week, regardless of the time of day. The hair should be moistened with water beforehand. The medicine should be left to act for at least 2-3 minutes and then rinsed thoroughly with warm water. The exposure time can be extended if necessary or applied once overnight. - Contraindications: The medicine must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the ingredients. - Side effects: Possible side effects are hypersensitivity reactions of the skin. - Composition: 100 g cream contain 2.0 g sodium bituminosulfonate, light as well as other ingredients such as octyldodecanol, poloxamer 407, propylene glycol and purified water. - Important notes: Precautions should be observed in case of allergies to shale oil (ichthammol, ichthyol, Tyrolean stone oil).
