Cutimed Siltec is a highly absorbent foam dressing for the effective treatment of chronic wounds with weak to moderately heavy exudate. The dressing consists of a 5 mm thick polyurethane foam with a gently adherent silicone film. Its special foam structure allows vertical absorption of wound exudate, while its high water vapour permeability supports exudate management. Cutimed Siltec offers atraumatic dressing changes and is particularly suitable for heavily stressed skin and parchment/cortisone skin. Areas of application are leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, decubitus ulcers and secondary healing wounds. The duration of application depends on the condition of the wound. The pack contains 12 pieces.
