Cutimed Siltec L is a thin silicone foam dressing for the treatment of chronic and secondary healing wounds with weak to moderate amounts of exudate. The dressing consists of an open-pored polyurethane foam with integrated superabsorbents that can absorb and securely bind the exudate. A gentle silicone film ensures gentle adhesion to the wound contact side, thus facilitating dressing changes. The dressing is soft, flexible and conformable, allowing it to be used on hard-to-treat areas of the body. Cutimed Siltec L is suitable for the treatment of leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, decubitus ulcers and postoperative wound healing disorders. The duration of application depends on the condition of the wound. The dressing can remain on the wound for up to seven days. Cutimed Siltec L is available in a pack of 12.
