Cutimed Sorbact dressings 4x6 cm are bacteria-binding dressings for antimicrobial wound therapy. The wound dressing fights infections in a safe and efficient way, purely physically, without chemical substances. The special coating with DACC gives the dressing hydrophobic properties, irreversibly binding pathogenic bacteria and fungi. This reduces the number of germs in the wound with each dressing change and creates optimal conditions for natural wound healing. Cutimed Sorbact has no resistance development, no side effects and no known allergy risks. The wound dressing is made of acetate or cotton fabric fibres and is latex-free. It is suitable for unclean, contaminated or infected wounds such as chronic wounds, post-operative wounds, traumatic wounds and wounds after excision.
