The Bioderma Sebium Hydra Cream is a specially developed facial care product for impure, oily and acne-prone skin.It nourishes the skin, soothes and reduces redness.The cream has an anti-inflammatory effect and is non-comedogenic, meaning it does not clog pores.It is also ideal as a make-up base.

Area of application

Sébium Hydra was developed to support the skin during and after dermatological acne therapy.Medical acne treatments, particularly highly drying therapies, can result in dryness, tightness, redness, flaking, and a weakened skin barrier.This is particularly true with oral acne therapies such as isotretinoin.Therapy-accompanying care that is adapted to skin physiology is essential to maintain skin comfort and support the tolerability of acne therapy.Sébium Hydra helps the skin regain its balance without compromising the effectiveness of the acne treatment.

Mode of action

The fluid formulation of Sébium Hydra provides intensive moisture and supports the skin in reducing therapy-related dryness, feelings of tension and flaking.Glycerin helps to bind moisture in the skin and sustainably stabilize the water balance.Ceramides support the reconstruction of the skin barrier and help limit transepidermal water loss.Xylitol supplements hydration and improves skin comfort.Enoxolone has anti-irritant and soothing properties and helps to reduce skin irritation caused by acne treatments.Overall, the skin appears soothed, smoother and more resilient.The care has a balancing effect without clogging the pores and is also suitable for skin that is prone to severe acne and for scaly late acne.Ideal as a make-up base.

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Apply to cleansed skin once or twice a day, ideally after cleansing with Sébium Hydra Cleanser.Suitable as therapy-accompanying care for dermatological acne treatments, also for oral acne therapy.

Application

Apply morning and/or evening to face cleansed with Sébium Gel moussant actif.Massage until the treatment has been absorbed into the skin.Tip: Sebium Kerato+ can be applied to the entire face or selectively.During the day, as a third step, also apply Photoderm AKN Mat LSF 30 as sun protection.
