The D-Flow 30 infusion controller is a device for precise dosing of infusions.It consists of several components, including an infusion device with a 15 micron filter, a drip chamber, a connecting tube and a Luer lock type injection cap.This product is specifically designed for use in adults.

Some important technical specifications of the infusion controller are:

The number of drops is 20 drops per milliliter.The flow rate can be adjusted between 5 and 250 milliliters per hour.The diameter of the hose is 2.8 by 4.1 millimeters and the total length of the hose is 240 centimeters.The air inlet filter has a pore size of 1 micron, while the particulate filter has a pore size of 15 microns.The injection site is located on the Y part of the device.

Material composition

The various components of the infusion regulator are made of different materials.The drip chamber is made of PVC, ABS, PP, PE and LDPE .The controller itself consists of ABS.The hose is made of PVC, but without the plasticizer DOP.The clamp is made of HDPE and PP, while the Y injection site is made of ABS and is latex-free.The lower connector consists of ABS and PE.

The packaging of the product is made of different materials.The individual packaging is made of paper, PP, PA and LDPE .The box is made of cardboard and the outer box is made of corrugated cardboard.
