The GlucoCheck XL blood glucose meter is particularly easy to use and is ideal for users who want an easy-to-use measuring device.It has a 1-button operation and extra large test strips that make it easier to use.

The device only requires 0.5 µl of blood and delivers the measurement result in just 5 seconds.Coding of the test strips is not necessary.It also has an illuminated test strip slot and a large LCD-display with backlight.The test strip is ejected manually.

The GlucoCheck XL complies with the DIN EN ISO 15197: 2015 standard and offers a free battery replacement service.It has an USB-port for data transfer to a PC.

Technical data

The measuring device can display in mg/dl or mmol/l and has a measuring range of 20 to 600 mg/dl (1.1 to 33.3 mmol/l).It is plasma calibrated and measures 96 (L) x 61 (W) x 26 (H) mm and weighs 67.2 g including batteries.

The measurement conditions are between 10 and 40°C (50 - 104°F), while the test strips should be stored at 2 to 30°C (35.6 - 86°F).The hematocrit range is 35 to 60%.The device is powered by two 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries.

Other features include automatic test strip detection, automatic countdown function during measurement and automatic shutdown after 3 minutes of non-use.It also has a ketone warning.

The GlucoCheck XL blood glucose measuring system is available in two versions: as a blood glucose measuring system mg/dl and as a blood glucose measuring system mmol/l.

The test strips are available in two pack sizes: as blood sugar test strips (1 x 25 pieces) and as blood sugar test strips (2 x 25 pieces).
