The scope of delivery of the GlucoMen areo set includes: a measuring device, ten test strips, a lancing device, an operating manual, a blood collection guide, two CR-2032 batteries, a guarantee card, a case and a diabetes diary.

Instructions for use

The meter, test strips, and control solution should be allowed approximately 30 minutes to adjust to environmental conditions before measurement.The optimal conditions for measurement are a temperature of 5 to 45 °C and a humidity of 20 to 90% relative humidity.

Do not store or use the meter in places with large temperature fluctuations, high humidity with condensation or strong electromagnetic fields.Keep the device out of the reach of children as the button cells can pose a choking hazard.

Do not use the meter if it has been dropped into liquid or if liquid has entered the device.Avoid touching the test strip slot as there is a temperature sensor in the device.To avoid damage to the device, do not connect the data cable to the data transfer port during measurement.

To minimize the risk of infection, do not apply blood directly to the test strip slot of the meter or allow other people to use the device.The meter meets the requirements for electromagnetic radiation emission, but you should not use it near mobile devices or electrical devices that emit electromagnetic radiation.

Improper use may result in explosions or leakage of flammable liquids.Do not expose the battery to extremely high temperatures or extremely low air pressure.
