Directions for use: - Doppelherz aktiv Magnesium 400+B1+B6+B12 Folic Acid is a food supplement in the form of tablets. - The tablets contain magnesium and B vitamins. - The recommended intake is 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid to be taken with a meal. - 1 tablet is recommended in case of increased magnesium requirements due to physical stress at work and in sports in combination with a diet low in magnesium. In case of an unbalanced diet, 1/2 tablet is sufficient. - The tablets should be stored in a dry place and below 25 °C. - The nutritional declaration per daily portion (1 tablet) is: 400 mg magnesium, 600 µg folic acid, 4.2 mg vitamin B1, 5 mg vitamin B6 and 5 µg vitamin B12. - The ingredients include magnesium oxide, fillers, anti-caking agents, coating agents, palm fat, colouring agents, emulsifier, and various vitamins. - The product does not contain any allergens. - The net quantity is 77.9 g (60 tablets). - The product is manufactured in Germany. - The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. The product is not suitable for children and adolescents.
