Per daily serving (1 tablet), the product contains 400 mg magnesium (107% NRV), 600 µg folic acid (300% NRV), 4.2 mg vitamin B1 (382% NRV), 5 mg vitamin B6 (357% NRV) and 5 µg vitamin B12 (200% NRV).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.
