Directions for use of the product Doppelherz aktiv Magnesium 400+B1+B6+B12 Folic acid: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Doppelherz aktiv Magnesium 400+B1+B6+B12 Folic Acid is a food supplement in tablet form containing magnesium and B vitamins. It is recommended to take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily, unchewed, with a meal and sufficient liquid. If there is an increased need for magnesium due to heavy physical strain at work and in sport, together with a diet low in magnesium, one tablet should be taken. In case of an unbalanced diet, 1/2 tablet is sufficient. The product should be stored in a dry place and not above 25 °C. It contains 400 mg magnesium, 600 µg folic acid, 4.2 mg vitamin B1, 5 mg vitamin B6 and 5 µg vitamin B12 per daily portion (= 1 tablet). No allergens are contained. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. The product is not suitable for children and adolescents. Amounts above 250 mg magnesium may have a laxative effect on sensitive persons.
