Per ½ tablet, the product contains 200 mg magnesium (53% NRV), 300 μg folic acid (150% NRV), 2.1 mg vitamin B1 (191% NRV), 2.5 mg vitamin B6 (179% NRV) and 2.5 μg vitamin B12 (100% NRV).Per daily serving (1 tablet) there are 400 mg magnesium (107% NRV), 600 μg folic acid (300% NRV), 4.2 mg vitamin B1 (382% NRV), 5 mg vitamin B6 (357% NRV) and 5 μg vitamin B12 (200% NRV).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.
