Application

Pull the elastic part of the bandage over your foot.For the right ankle, turn the bandage inside out.Place the band around the ankle and close the Velcro.The fastener should not rest on the instep to avoid inconvenience when wearing shoes.You can individually adjust the comfort by adjusting the band.

Instructions for use

Care instructions

Fix the compression band before washing.Hand wash the bandage with mild soap and warm, not hot, water.Rinse them well and let them air dry.Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
