Directions for use of slit dressings 7.5x7.5 cm sterile 12-fold: The slit dressings consist of a 12-ply gauze dressing with a Y-cut. They are used to make wound covers for entry and exit sites of probes, drains, catheters and Kirschner wires for extensions or external fixators. The slit dressings are sterile packed and available in sets. The dimensions of the slit dressings are 7.5 x 7.5 cm and they are made of cotton. They meet the standards and legal requirements for medical devices according to Directive 93/42/EEC. The gauze complies with the requirements of DIN EN 14079 type 17 and sterilisation is carried out according to DIN EN 17665. The slit dressings do not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH. The products are CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marked at all packaging stages.
