Instructions for use of the article Slit Compresses 10x10 cm Sterile 12-fold The slit dressings 10x10 cm sterile 12-fold are made of a 12-fold gauze dressing. They are used as wound cover for entry and exit sites of probes, drains, catheters, Kirschner wires for extensions or external fixators. The sterile sets are supplied in a collective pack with a hygienic removal slot. The compresses measure 10 x 10 cm and are made of cotton. They are a class Is medical device according to MPG and meet the requirements of Directive 93/42/EEC. The gauze complies with the requirements of DIN EN 14079 type 17. Sterilisation is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 17665. The slit dressings do not contain any hazardous toxic substances in accordance with REACH and bear the CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking on all packaging stages.
