Dosage and application

The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules daily, which should be taken with sufficient liquid about 30 minutes before a meal.It should be taken over a period of 4-8 weeks.

It is recommended not to consume coffee, black or green tea at the same time, as the tannins they contain can inhibit iron absorption.

Contraindications
