The ingredients of OrthoDoc iron complex capsules are: filler microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-ascorbic acid, iron gluconate, iron bisglycinate, iron fumarate, hydrogenated fat from rapeseed and release agent silicon dioxide.

Per capsule, the product contains 6 mg of iron, which corresponds to 43% of the recommended daily intake, and 40 mg of vitamin C, which corresponds to 50% of the recommended daily intake.The reference values for daily nutrient intake are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Dosage

The recommended consumption of OrthoDoc iron complex capsules is one capsule once a day, about an hour before breakfast, on an empty stomach, with water or orange juice.
