Pinimenthol Cold Balsam Mild is a herbal medicine for the treatment of colds of the respiratory tract with viscous mucus. The balm contains eucalyptus oil and pine needle oil, which increase circulation and loosen mucus. Symptoms are relieved by inhalation or external application to the skin. The application is suitable for children from 2 years and adults. The dose is one strand about 5 cm long twice a day. The duration of application should not exceed seven days. The medicine should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, whooping cough, pseudocroup, bronchial asthma or damaged skin. Hypersensitivity reactions, irritation of the mucous membranes and respiratory problems may occur. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use.
