Strumeel T is a homeopathic medicine for the treatment of thyroid disorders, especially goitre. It contains the active ingredients Euspongia officinalis, Calcium iodatum and Fucus vesiculosus, which are potentised together with lactose. The medicinal product should not be used without medical advice and does not replace other medicinal products prescribed by a doctor. It should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to iodine, hyperthyroidism or when taking medicines that inhibit thyroid function. Side effects such as nausea, gastrointestinal complaints, dizziness, increase in blood pressure or fluctuations in blood sugar levels may occur. When homeopathic medicines are used, existing complaints may temporarily worsen (initial worsening). The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
