Calendumed Gel is a homeopathic medicine used to treat skin conditions, especially minor burns. The active ingredient of the gel is Calendula mother tincture, which relieves pain, redness and feelings of tension. The gel should be applied thinly to the affected areas of the skin and allowed to absorb. It can be applied 1 to 3 times a day. When using the gel, contact with eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds should be avoided and hands should be thoroughly cleaned. Extensive burns always require medical treatment. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult a doctor before use. Side effects are rare, but allergic skin reactions may occur.
