Passiflora Curarina drops are a herbal medicine for calming and are used for nervous restlessness. Each dosage cup contains 2 ml of the fluid extract and adults and adolescents over 12 years of age should take one dosage cup three times a day. Passiflora Curarina contains passion flower herb fluid extract (1:1) as the active ingredient and contains approximately 40% alcohol by volume. People with liver diseases, alcohol disorders, epilepsy, organic diseases of the brain, pregnant women and children should not take Passiflora Curarina. Taking Passiflora Curarina may impair the ability to react, especially in higher doses or in combination with alcohol. There are no known interactions with other medicines. Passiflora Curarina should not be used for longer than two weeks unless a doctor recommends otherwise. Passiflora Curarina should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Possible side effects are very rare and may include hives. Passiflora Curarina should not be used in children under 12 years of age. The medicine comes in amber glass bottles of 50 ml or 100 ml and contains passion flower fluid extract (1 ml) as the active ingredient. Passiflora Curarina should be stored at temperatures below 25°C and used within 5 months of opening.
