The globules promote a healthy sleep-wake rhythm, relieve nervousness and irritability and counteract restlessness in the evening.They help you fall asleep and stay asleep and are alcohol-free.It can be used practically both at home and on the go.

The active ingredients in Avena comp., Globuli velati include Avena sativa ferm 33c, Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni, Phosphorus aquosum, Sulfur aquosum and Valeriana officinalis ferm 33c.Sucrose and lactose are included as excipients.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The globules velati should melt under the tongue.Infants and children under 6 years receive 3-5 globules velati once a day.If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, 5-10 globules velati ½ hour before going to bed are recommended.Children aged 6 and over and adults take 5-10 globules of velati once a day.If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, 10-30 globules velati (for children up to 12 years old up to 20 globules velati) ½ hour before going to bed are suitable.For infants, the globules can be dissolved in a small amount of water or unsweetened tea.Treatment should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement, a doctor should be consulted.
