Directions for use of the article Carduus Marianus/Viscum Mali Comp.Globuli: Carduus Marianus/Viscum Mali Comp.Globules are an anthroposophical medicinal product for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders. They are prepared according to homeopathic procedures and should be kept out of the reach of children. They are applied by dissolving them under the tongue. The composition of the globules consists of various active ingredients, including Hepar bovis Gl Dil. D7 and Silybum marianum e fructibus ferm 36 Dil. D2. The product also contains sucrose (saccharose/sugar). Indications for the medicinal product are the stimulation of the anabolic metabolism in chronic inflammatory and scierotic liver diseases such as hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. It can also be used as an adjunctive therapy in malignant diseases. There are no known contraindications. However, a doctor should be consulted if symptoms persist for a long time or are unclear. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. There are no known interactions with other medicines. The dosage varies according to age. For babies, the globules should be dissolved in water or unsweetened tea before administration. Side effects are not known. If side effects occur, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
