Directions for use of the article Equisetum/Viscum Globuli: Equisetum/Viscum is an anthroposophical remedy used to harmonise the interaction of the sentient and vital organisation in the renal system. It can be used for high blood pressure, chronic inflammatory and degenerative kidney diseases as well as for ureteral colic. The remedy consists of Equisetum arvense and Viscum album and is prepared according to homeopathic methods. The application is done by dissolving the globules under the tongue. There are no known side effects. The medicinal product can be used by adults and children, but there is no sufficiently documented experience for children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. There are no known interactions with other medicines. The recommended dosage is 10-15 globules 3 times daily. Treatment of an acute condition should be completed after 2 weeks. In case of persistent or new symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. Equisetum/Viscum globules contain sucrose (saccharose/sugar) and are available only in pharmacies. The manufacturer of the medicinal product is WALA Heilmittel GmbH.
