Directions for use of the article Myristica Sebifera Comp.Globuli: Myristica Sebifera Comp.Globuli is an anthroposophical medicinal product used for sinusitis, especially purulent fermentations. The globules should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue. The composition of the globules includes active ingredients such as Argentum nitricum Dil. D19 aquos., Kalium bichromicum Dil. D5 aquos. and Myristica sebifera, succus e cortice Dil. D3. It should be noted that Myristica Sebifera Comp.Globuli contains sucrose (sucrose/sugar). The remedy should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to ingredients of Myristica species, especially in the presence of hypersensitivity to nutmeg. Precautions should be observed during use and medical advice should not be neglected. The medicinal product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, as there is insufficient documented experience. In pregnancy and lactation, use should be after consultation with the doctor, as Myristica Sebifera Comp.Globuli contains sucrose. There are no known interactions with other remedies. The recommended dosage is 5-10 globuli velati 1 to 3 times daily. The treatment of a disease should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 3 days, a doctor should be consulted. The duration of treatment of chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor. Side effects are not known.
