Gastrovegetalin solution is a herbal medicinal product used to treat functional gastrointestinal complaints. It contains lemon balm leaf thick extract as the active ingredient. The solution should be used as prescribed to ensure optimal treatment. The usual dosage for adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults is 6 ml 3 times a day before or with meals. The duration of use should not exceed 2 weeks and a doctor should be consulted if symptoms persist for longer or recur regularly. No side effects have been reported so far. The medicinal product should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to lemon balm leaf thick extract or other ingredients. It is also not recommended for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
