Instructions for use of the article Comprinet pro Thigh-length stocking Size 6 White: Comprinet pro is an anatomical thigh length thrombosis prophylaxis stocking. The stocking meets scientific standards and has a compressive pressure of approx. 18 mm Hg in the ankle area, which decreases from the ankle to the thigh. Comprinet pro can be washed up to 10 times without affecting the pressure. It has a seamless circular knit and offers easy size identification. The stocking is made of 77 % polyamide, 19 % elastane and 4 % neoprene. For medical stockings, there is also the Comprinet forte version with different compression strengths. Stockings should be reprocessed by a specialised reprocessor such as ComSecura, which meets the highest hygiene standards. Comprinet pro is used for thrombosis prophylaxis in operated patients and patients with prolonged immobilisation. The duration of use can range from a few days and nights to several weeks.
