Ilya Rogoff THM is a traditional herbal medicine to support cardiovascular function in adults. It contains a mixture of garlic, hawthorn, mistletoe extract and rutin from pagoda tree buds. The recommended dose is 1 coated tablet as a single dose and 2-3 coated tablets as a total daily dose. The tablet should be taken undivided with a glass of water during a meal. The duration of use is in principle not limited, but if symptoms are unclear, a doctor should be consulted after two weeks.
