Directions for use of Salus Women's Tea: Salus Frauentee is a herbal tea that can be drunk regularly. During menstruation it is recommended to drink additional cups. To prepare the tea, steep one filter bag in 200 ml of sparkling boiling water for 5 minutes. The bag is then removed. The filter bags should be stored in a dry, cool and dark place. The tea contains lady's mantle, yarrow herb, green oat herb, nettle leaves, ginger root, shepherd's purse herb, lemon balm leaves and nanamine leaves from organic farming.
