Instructions for use for LINOLA Radio Derm Cream, 50 g
Linola Radio-Derm Cream
Linola Radio-Derm Cream was developed to provide an effective and well-tolerated solution to skin problems following radiation therapy.Untested creams can actually make skin problems worse. The cream was tested at the Kiel University Hospital on patients with radiodermatitis and has proven its effectiveness and tolerability. It quickly relieves itching and has a milk-like consistency that is quickly absorbed and does not seal the skin. The cream is easy to apply and does not cause additional skin irritation. It is cooling and low in fat, with a water content of 83% and a fat content of 10%.It is also free of fragrances and dyes, mineral fats and silicones.
Area of application
The Linola Radio-Derm Cream has been specially developed for inflamed and itchy skin after radiation therapy. It can be used permanently in infants, children, adults and the elderly as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Mode of action
The Linola Radio-Derm Cream is a slightly greasy cream with a high water content of around 83%.This composition allows the skin to be lightly and non-sealingly greasy. The cooling effect is caused by the high water content, which evaporates when applied to the skin. This relieves itching and improves the moisture of the skin.
