Directions for use of the product Doppelherz system Glucosamine Plus 800 Capsules: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. The product contains glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, vitamin C, copper, zinc and selenium. The recommended daily intake is 1 capsule. The capsules should be stored in a dry place at room temperature. The product contains shrimps, gelatine, L-ascorbic acid, zinc gluconate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, copper gluconate and sodium selenite and is lactose-free and gluten-free. Monitoring of blood glucose levels is recommended in cases of impaired glucose tolerance. People being treated with coumarin anticoagulants should discuss the product with a doctor.
