Application

Open the packaging at the marked point and remove the warmer.Peel off the adhesive and stick the warmer with the adhesive side on the socks, either at the top or bottom of the toe area.Be careful not to stick the warmer directly to the skin.After a few minutes you will feel a noticeable warmth and you can put your shoes on.Thick socks can dampen heat transfer.

Notes

The toe warmers should be disposed of in the trash after a single use and after they have cooled down.Store the warmers in a cool and dry place.You can find the shelf life on the edge of the package.No prescription is required for this product.
