Dosage

Roll up an Ohropax Soft earplug tightly lengthwise and insert it into the external ear canal.Hold the earplug until it expands and fits comfortably.Please use only your fingers to remove.You may need to first get used to wearing the earplugs by gradually increasing the amount of time you wear them.In rare cases, you may initially notice your own pulse beating.However, this effect disappears after a short period of getting used to it.
