The ingredients of Listerine Total Care Gum Protection Mouthwash include Aqua, Alcohol, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 407, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Fluoride, Eucalyptol, Zinc Chloride, Sodium Saccharin, Methyl Salicylate, Thymol, Aroma, Menthol, Sodium Benzoate, CI 47005 and CI 42053. The mouthwash contains alcohol and sodium fluoride(450 ppm F).

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

For the best effect, the mouthwash should be used every morning and evening after brushing your teeth.To do this, pour 20 ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for approx. 30 seconds and then spit out.To open, press and turn the cap.To close, turn the cap until it clicks into place.
