Doppelherz Pregnant + Mothers system is a food supplement with vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids. It contains folic acid, iron and iodine, which are particularly important during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The recommended daily dose for adults consists of one tablet and one capsule, which should be taken with sufficient liquid with a main meal. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. There are no European Union recommendations for the omega-3 fatty acid content of the product. The food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Children and adolescents under 16 years of age should not take them. People with iron storage disease or iron utilisation disorders should not take the product. The use of other iodine-containing preparations should be discussed with a doctor beforehand. The product contains fish oil and should therefore not be used in cases of fish allergy. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
