Laluk 4500 is a dietary supplement that contains the enzyme lactase.It serves to support lactose digestion.No prescription is required for this product.

In Germany, around 15% of adults have problems digesting lactose.These difficulties arise when the body does not produce enough lactase in the intestines.As a result, the lactose from food cannot be broken down into usable sugar building blocks.Instead, it is processed by intestinal bacteria, which can lead to bloating and diarrhea.

Laluk 4500 provides the body with the enzyme it needs to break down lactose.This means that milk and dairy products can be enjoyed carefree again.One capsule contains 4500 FCC units of lactase and can break down about 10-20 g of lactose.

Use and consumption recommendations

1-5 Capsules of Laluk 4500 can be taken per day.The amount of lactase required depends on the milk sugar content of the food and the body's own production of lactase.

The capsule can be swallowed shortly before taking foods and drinks containing lactose.Alternatively, the capsule contents can also be added directly to food or drinks (below 50°C).

Ingredients and nutritional declaration

The ingredients of Laluk 4500 include filler dicalcium phosphate, lactase powder (38%) with an activity of 4500 food chemical units lactase according to FCC, gelatin, corn starch, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.The product does not contain any allergens.

Each capsule contains 54.8 mg lactase and 5 capsules contain 274 mg.There is no recommendation according to NKV for the daily requirement.

Storage conditions

The product should be kept out of the reach of small children.It should be stored dry and not above 25°C.
