Directions for use of Allpresan Foot Special Nail Tincture Fungus-Sensitive Nails. Nails: Allpresan Foot Special No. 7 Nail Tincture was developed for special, supplementary care as part of a nail fungus therapy. It strengthens, nourishes and stabilises the nails and supports the natural protective function against microbial damage. The product contains avocado oil, panthenol and clotrimazole and is specially adapted to the needs of fungus-sensitive nails. Application: The tincture should ideally be applied to the fungus-sensitive nails twice a day. It is only suitable for external use.
