The Xlim Active Chocolate Starter Pack contains three different products: Xlim® Active Meal Chocolate, Xlim® Active Hot Drink and Xlim® Active Saturation Capsules.

Xlim® Active Meal Chocolate is a meal for a weight-control diet with sweeteners.Xlim® Active Hot Drink is a dietary supplement with important vitamins, minerals and glucomannan for preparing a hearty, spicy, low-calorie hot drink.Xlim® Active satiety capsules are a dietary supplement with glucomannan from konjac root.

Use/application/recommended consumption

To prepare an Xlim Aktiv meal, 20 g of powder (approx. 2 measuring spoons) are mixed in 275 ml of low-fat (1.5% fat) milk in the Xlim Aktiv shaker.First the milk is added to the shaker, then the powder.Then shake vigorously and let the meal rest for about 5 minutes after preparation.The meal should be drunk slowly over a period of 15-20 minutes.

It is recommended to take breaks of 4 to 6 hours between meals and to drink at least 2 to 3 liters of low-calorie drinks (e.g. mineral water) daily.Xlim Aktiv Meal only fulfills the intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet, which necessarily also includes other foods.A weight-controlled diet is only possible if the preparation instructions are followed.

Xlim® Active Hot Drink can be consumed 1 to 3 servings per day.To prepare one portion, stir 1 measuring spoon (14 g in total) of Xlim Active Hot Drink Powder into 250 ml of hot water.The hot drink should always be enjoyed freshly prepared.

If you are losing weight, consume 2 Xlim Aktiv saturation capsules whole 3 times a day with 1-2 glasses of water about 30 minutes before a meal.If you follow a cholesterol-conscious diet, 2 Xlim Aktiv saturation capsules are consumed whole with 1-2 glasses of water four times a day.

Storage conditions

Xlim® Active Meal Chocolate should be stored at room temperature (up to 21 °C), dry and protected from sunlight.After opening the can, it should always be tightly closed, stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature of up to 21° C and used within 4 weeks.

Xlim® Active hot drink should be stored unopened, cool and dry and up to 24°C.After opening the can, the powder should be used up quickly.

Xlim® Active saturation capsules should be stored in the dark and at temperatures between 15 - 25 °C.

Xlim® Active Meal Chocolate contains an average of 1483 kJ (354 kcal) energy, 12 g fat, 7.4 g carbohydrates, 14 g fiber, 46 g protein and 0.87 g salt per 100 g powder.It also contains various vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium and iodine.Other ingredients include L-carnitine.

Xlim® Active Hot Drink contains an average of 1270 kJ (303 kcal) energy, 9.2 g fat, 37 g carbohydrates, 12 g fiber, 11 g protein and 16 g salt per 100 g powder.It also contains various vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.Other ingredients include glucomannan.

Xlim® Active satiety capsules contain an average of 1 g of fiber glucomannan per serving (2 capsules).
