Use and preparation

To prepare an xlim Aktiv meal, a total of 20 g powder (2 measuring spoons) of xlim Aktiv meal powder are mixed in 275 ml of low-fat (1.5% fat) milk in the xlim Aktiv shaker.First put the milk in the shaker and only then the powder.Shake vigorously and let your xlim Aktiv meal rest for about 5 minutes after preparation.Drink the meal slowly over a period of 15-20 minutes.
