Torniplex drops are a homeopathic medicine used for nervous complaints. The ingredients are Myristica fragrans Dil. D 6, Phosphorus Dil. D 6 and Strychnos ignatii Dil. D 6. The medicinal product contains 66% alcohol by volume and should therefore not be used by alcoholics. In liver patients, epileptics and persons with organic diseases of the brain, a doctor should be consulted before use. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also only use the medicine after consulting a doctor. The drops are not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There are no known interactions with other medicines. The dosage is individual; in acute conditions, 5-10 drops are taken every half to full hour, at most 12 times a day. For chronic conditions, it is recommended to take 1-3 times a day. The drops should be taken diluted with liquid before meals. So far, no side effects are known, but a temporary aggravation of the existing complaints may occur. The package leaflet should be read before use. The expiry date of the medicinal product is stated on the packaging. The drops are manufactured by Steierl-Pharma GmbH.
