Dosage

Recommended dosage of Orthomol Cardio: Take the contents of one sachet every day, i.e. the daily portion, preferably individually with plenty of liquid with or after a meal.The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.Micronutrients are needed by the body every day, so regular use over a longer period of time is recommended.
