GeloVital cod liver oil capsules are a dietary supplement.Each capsule contains 1g of cod liver oil, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A and vitamin D.

Vitamin A supports the normal functioning of the immune system and helps keep the skin and mucous membranes in a healthy condition.Vitamin D also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and is important for the maintenance of normal bones.Omega-3 fatty acids, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are polyunsaturated fatty acids.Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet can help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.These fatty acids are mainly found in free-living cold-water sea fish.

Use and consumption recommendations

Children aged 7 to 10 should take one capsule twice daily with plenty of liquid.Children aged 11 and over and adults should take one capsule three times a day with plenty of liquid.
