The ingredients of GeloVital cod liver oil capsules include cod liver oil (73%), gelatin, the humectant glycerin, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Nutritional values per capsule and per recommended consumption:

Vitamin A: 250 μg RE per capsule, 500 μg RE taken twice daily (63% of the reference amount), 750 μg RE taken three times daily (94% of the reference amount).

Vitamin D: 2.5 μg per capsule, 5 μg when taken twice daily (100% of the reference amount), 7.5 μg when taken three times daily (150% of the reference amount).

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 80 mg per capsule, 160 mg when taken twice daily, 240 mg when taken three times daily.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 100 mg per capsule, 200 mg when taken twice daily, 300 mg when taken three times daily.

Dosage
