Directions for use of article "Doppelherz aktiv Vitamin B12 350 µg Tablets". - Food supplements are no substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. - Use/Recommended use: Take 1 tablet a day, unchewed, with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated. - Storage conditions: Store in a dry place and not above 25°C.
