Directions for use of the article Doppelherz aktiv Vitamin B12 350 µg Tablets: - Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - Use/Recommended use: Take 1 tablet a day, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.
